Job Overview

We are seeking a energetic and strategic Regional Director of Hotel Operations to lead multiple properties within a designated region. Duties

- Oversee daily operations across multiple hotels, ensuring consistency in service quality and operational standards
- Lead, motivate, and supervise hotel managers and staff to achieve performance goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with corporate objectives to maximize revenue and profitability
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to meet financial targets
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, human resources policies, and legal requirements
- Foster a guest-centric culture by promoting exceptional customer service and addressing guest feedback promptly
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, identify improvement opportunities, and support team development




- Collaborate with human resources on staffing plans, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership with supervising experience in multiple properties or regions
- Strong background in customer service, guest relations, and front desk operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication across diverse teams and guests
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation within the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with human resources practices including hiring, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills combined with a skilled demeanor in all guest interactions
- Previous experience working in hotel environments with an emphasis on hospitality standards and guest services
