You’ll plan play-based learning activities and communicate effectively with families and staff. The role emphasizes flexibility, supervision in a group setting of up to 15 children, and a commitment to inclusivity and support for children with special needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care, including toileting and first aid
- Engage proactively with children and ensure group safety
- Implement play-based learning according to YMCA Curriculum




- Maintain positive communication with families and staff
- Support children with exceptional behaviors and additional needs Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Current First Aid/CPR certification
- ECE Diploma or enrolled in Early Childhood Education program
- Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 20 kg
