We are looking for a collaborative, client-centred RMT who believes the best outcomes come from practitioners working together. Our integrated care model brings massage therapy together with chiropractic, physiotherapy, psychology, acupuncture, athletic therapy, personal training, nutrition, and other health services.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-informed massage therapy while communicating and collaborating with other practitioners to support coordinated treatment plans. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, ongoing learning, strong qualified relationships, and being part of a supportive clinic community.

Responsibilities

- Provide individualized massage therapy assessments and treatments
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with practitioners across multiple disciplines




- Participate in internal referrals and coordinated care planning
- Educate clients and support their long-term health and recovery goals
- Contribute positively to the clinic’s team culture

Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with a recognized Alberta massage therapy association
- Minimum 2,200-hour massage therapy diploma
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ethical, client-centred, collaborative care

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $65.00 per hour
