As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide a wide variety of nursing services to patients, families, communities and populations, while taking necessary steps to ensure their safety and well-being. Additional Required Qualifications:Demonstrates commitment to patient and family centered care. Ability to multitask and care for acutely ill and unstable patients. Critical thinking and ability to manage unpredictable situations. Recent acute care nursing experience of 1 year or greater within surgery, emergency, or critical care nursing. Hemodynamic monitoring, arrhythmia interpretation, physical assessments, and aseptic techniques.

Certification in IV initiation, direct IV medication, CVC, PICC lines, blood glucose, procedural sedation and experience with GA. Must be a team player,



adaptable and flexible and the ability to jump in and always help.

Experience coordinating services for patient movement through sites and zones for procedures. Supporting patients from all socio-economic high-risk demographics with compassion and respect. Must be able to complete all components of the job including OHS/WHS requirements of push, pulling, bending, and >lifting 50lb & wear lead aprons (23lbs) for min 6.75 hours/day, Stand/walk for the majority of the shift, working all required shift patterns, cover after hour on call and administer/handle all medications including narcotics independently in an unsupervised environment

Preferred Qualifications:Previous DI, ICU, Emergency Department, Endoscopy experience is an asset.
