Your responsibilities will include both assessing and promoting health among patients with multiple co-morbidities. You will actively collaborate in a Team Nursing model, rotating through various Hemodialysis Units and satellite locations as needed. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent patient care in hemodialysis settings
- Assess and evaluate patient health status regularly
- Collaborate with RNs and RPNs in Team Nursing
- Implement health promotion and teaching strategies
- Rotate through various units and satellite locations Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Completion of Nephrology 1 and 2 certification
- Minimum one year of hemodialysis experience
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
