Pre-delivery teaching for selected patients

Stress Testing for selected patients





Cancer Care Services including Chemotherapy The Ambulatory Care Nurse provides, coordinates, and implements nursing care including patient assessment, patient & family teaching, delivery of care, provision of health promotion information and navigation support to cancer patients, in accordance with established practices. As a member of the Ambulatory Care team, works closely with interdisciplinary team members including Medicine, Pharmacy, Social Work, Dietitian and Community Services staff. The responsibilities are carried out in accordance with standards, protocols, and agency expectations and the goals for skilled nursing practice.
