- Ensure residents’ care needs are adequately met
- Provide direction to Personal Support Workers
- Participate in shift reports with the health care team Requirements:
- Knowledge in geriatric and rehabilitation nursing
- Familiarity with relevant health care regulations
- Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Robust communication skills for team collaboration
