- Implement AgeCare policies and procedures effectively
- Liaise with health care team members and physicians
- Report significant changes in resident status promptly
- Direct Personal Support Workers in their care responsibilities
- Participate in shift reports to communicate changes Requirements:
- Knowledge of geriatric and long-term care nursing
- Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Understanding of relevant health care regulations
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
