Avalon Care Centre in Orangeville, Ontario is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join our long-term care team on a full-time, in office basis. You will provide direct nursing care under the direction of the Director of Care and ensure accurate documentation according to care plans.
Reporting to the Director of Care, you will coordinate care with a diverse multidisciplinary team, support orientation for new staff and residents, and participate in quality improvement and risk management
