Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our private practice team. This position requires a strong understanding of working with pediatrics (ages 4+ and teens). The Social Worker will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing care plans, and coordinating services to promote overall well-being. Trauma experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments to determine the needs of patients and their families.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide direct support and counseling to patients, focusing on emotional and psychological well-being.
- Advocate for patients' rights and access to necessary services.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions and progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Must be available 15 hours per week
- Must be available at least one evening shift and/or weekend shift

Experience





- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience working with children, particularly in pediatrics /teens or special education settings (neurodiverse populations) is essential.
- Strong clinical notes and computer skills
- Ability to work with much autonomy
- Trauma experience

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $99.00-$105.00 per hour
