- Maintain supplier documentation, certifications, and regulatory records to ensure compliance.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding expiring or outstanding documentation.
- Maintain regulatory registers, databases, and supporting documentation.
- Respond to customer and internal inquiries related to certifications and regulatory documentation.
- Support vendor and certification portal submissions and ongoing updates.
- Conduct a second review of product artwork to verify spelling, accuracy, and compliance with Nature’s Path labelling standards and company guidelines.
- Stay current on company labelling standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support for regulatory projects, audits, and documentation.
Preferred background
- Education in Food Science or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong administrative, documentation, and record-management skills.
- Team-oriented team player with a proactive approach.
