Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a bilingual (FR/EN) Product Adoption Specialist to join the Customer Success team for our Golf product. You will lead onboarding and adoption sessions, partnering with the Account Manager to resolve challenges and establish sustainable workflows that drive long-term success.
You will educate customers on configuring Golf + POS, implement current features after upsell, and act as a product specialist in training sessions to maximize adoption and retention.
