Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a bilingual (FR/EN) Product Adoption Specialist to join our Customer Success team for our Golf product. You’ll help customers configure Golf and POS, ensuring workflows meet operational needs.

You’ll deliver training, tailor sessions to different learning styles, and drive product adoption and retention. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and feedback to product are essential components of the role.
