Shape global operations with Pebl as a Senior Global Network Specialist in a fully remote role. Factor in your extensive experience in RFP processes, vendor negotiations, and partner management to enhance our global payroll ecosystem. This full-time position targets an experienced qualified looking to strengthen Pebl’s network team.
You’ll lead partner sourcing, negotiation, and governance across 126 countries, ensuring compliance and scalability of our In-Country Partners. Collaborating closely with various internal teams, your expertise will drive operational excellence and partner engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead RFP processes to onboard new partners
- Negotiate contracts, MSAs, and SLAs with legal support
- Ensure effective governance within partner frameworks
- Monitor SLA adherence, escalating issues as needed
- Update Partner Knowledge Base to keep documentation current Requirements:
- 5+ years in global partner management or similar
- Experience with vendor contract negotiations
- Strong communication skills across cultures
- Detail-oriented with track record in governance
