Drive risk management practices as the Practice Leader for Reputational Risk at Desjardins. This role requires strategic oversight, coordination, and a deep understanding of complex risk issues. In this senior leadership role, you will define and manage reputational risk frameworks, supporting teams through sensitive situations.
You will coordinate across sectors to align strategic vision and operational practices that meet regulatory requirements. Your expertise in risk assessment and management will guide the development of robust policies and monitoring plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead risk appetite framework for reputational risk
- Establish monitoring plans in line with business objectives
- Analyze risks and propose simulations for emerging issues
- Document and update policies and operational practices
- Lead cross-sector governing bodies to ensure strategic alignment Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum eight years of relevant experience
- Five years in risk management or advisory roles
- Experience in complex regulatory environments
