Toronto Metropolitan University seeks a Resource Consultant to enrich child care services in Toronto. Engage with families and programs to enhance learning experiences and inclusivity. As a Resource Consultant, you will support licensed child care programs, including the TMU Early Learning Centre.

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will facilitate tailored support plans while contributing to research and training on inclusive practices in early childhood education. This role requires travel to various sites and involvement in both office and early learning environments. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with community partners for inclusive support
- Build partnerships with agencies to coordinate referrals
- Provide training to enhance inclusive practices
- Contribute to mentoring and research with students Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in Early Childhood Studies
- Minimum three years’ experience with children and families
- Knowledge of Ontario's Early Years Act
- Criminal reference check and CPR certification required Utilize your expertise in early childhood education to foster an inclusive workplace for children and families at TMU.
