PLM Transformation & Integration Lead Location: Longueuil, Quebec (CA-QC-LONGUEUIL-J01) – Full‑time, Monday to Friday, flexible schedule, on‑site.

Key Responsibilities - Strengthen collaboration across the product lifecycle with Engineering, Programs, Operations, Quality, Customer Support, and IT teams.

- Simplify business processes and improve the flow of engineering information.
- Improve utilization of engineering data across the organization.
- Support integration of new practices, tools, and ways of working.
- Help build a more connected, agile, and future‑ready engineering organization.

What You

Need to Be Successful - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

- Experience in engineering design, product development, program management, or a technical leadership role.
- Strong understanding of engineering, product development, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Ability to understand complex challenges, connect people across functions, and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated capability to influence and coordinate multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications - Experience integrating new business practices, improving business processes, or evolving engineering ways of working.





- Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or engineering improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with engineering environments, including PLM, CAD, or other product development tools.
- Curiosity, continuous‑improvement mindset, and interest in evolving engineering practices and digital tools.
