Retail Risk Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail credit risk, CCAR and regulatory stress testing, and agile product management and a proven ability to define and deliver an enterprise Loss Forecast Platform that is scalable, compliant, and aligned to business outcomes

Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Loss Forecast Platform aligned to business and regulatory objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews to inform product decisions and identify opportunities.
- Translate strategic objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories to drive efficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison across risk, finance, technology, and stakeholders to capture, analyze, and prioritize requirements for CCAR and loss forecasting models.
- Build and maintain a groomed backlog with explicit, estimated, and value-prioritized stories.
- Facilitate workshops to elicit detailed requirements and resolve ambiguities.
- Partner with agile teams through the lifecycle from concept to deployment and optimization, participating in all agile ceremonies.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to development teams and support UAT to confirm requirements and quality standards.
- Ensure platform design supports data governance, model risk management, auditability, and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with model development and validation teams to integrate and operationalize advanced loss forecasting models.
- Communicate updates, risks, and trade-offs to senior management and stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Monitor performance, user feedback, and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
