We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. Your ability to engage with customers and demonstrate product knowledge will be key to driving sales and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
- Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor: monitor products for expiry and restock as needed
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Stay informed about new products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- A knowledge of meat industry/products is a bonus but not required (we can teach you!)
- Answer phone and take Customer orders
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and store displays effectively.
- Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus, particularly in technology-related products.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Capability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features.
Schedule: Thursday, Friday 9-5pm (we may decide to stay open later on Fridays, start time is flexible) and Saturday 10-3pm Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and contribute to creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers!
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.00-$18.24 per hour
