Position: Retail Store Supervisor Wage: CAD$24.00/hour Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including weekends and holidays) Working hours: 30 40 hours/week Benefit: 4% of vacation pay Job Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail sales staff; • Assign duties to staff and prepare work schedules; • Authorize payments by cheque, product exchanges, and returns of merchandise; • Maintain inventory levels and ensure merchandise is adequately stocked; • Order merchandise and arrange for replenishment of low-stock items; • Use knowledge of audio, video, electronic,



and related consumer products to provide information and recommendations to customers; • Maintain sales records for inventory control; • Resolve customer complaints and address customer inquiries in a skilled manner; • Train staff and monitor staff performance; • Ensure the store, display areas, and merchandise are maintained clean and organized; • Arrange and maintain product displays, promotional materials, and signage.

Job Requirements

- Completion of secondary school is required; • 2-3 years of retail sales experience is required.
