- Develop and oversee banking and risk management policies
- Maintain contact with Treasury Branches for effective risk practices




- Assist in implementing risk management solutions across teams
- Identify and mitigate counterparty and operational risks
- Ensure sound understanding of financial legislation and procedures Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Finance (e.g., CPA, CFA, MBA)
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with risk measurement techniques and Excel
- Problem-solving abilities for complex financial issues
- Knowledge of the Financial Administration Act Utilize your finance expertise and communication skills to strengthen risk management for the Manitoba government.
