We are seeking a Roll Out Specialist / Pharmacy Systems Implementation Specialist to support the deployment of the Kroll pharmacy management system across Pharmaprix locations in Quebec. You will provide implementation support, end-user training, system validation, and go-live assistance while working closely with pharmacy, IT, operations, and corporate teams to ensure successful system adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide on-site or remote support during Kroll pharmacy management system implementations.
- Deliver training to pharmacy teams on the new system and workflows.
- Prepare pharmacies for system conversion and go-live readiness.
- Validate operational and technical requirements before system launch.
- Support pharmacy staff in adopting new workflows and system processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve system adoption and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with pharmacy support teams, IT, operations leaders, and corporate stakeholders.
- Document and report technical issues and operational challenges during deployment.




- Ensure pharmacies are fully operational and confident using the Kroll system at launch.

Requirements

- Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment, preferably with Pharmaprix or Shoppers Drug Mart.
- Experience with pharmacy management systems.
- Experience with Kroll (strong asset).
- Experience with AssystRx (robust asset).
- Strong ability to train and support pharmacy staff during system transitions.
- Ability to travel frequently across Quebec (approximately 80% travel).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable schedules based on rollout timelines.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to document implementation activities and processes.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced rollout environment.
