About The Role As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, which directly impacts guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of the establishment.

This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to high standards of hygiene and presentation. You will collaborate closely with the housekeeping team and management to meet daily operational goals and respond promptly to guest requests. Minimum Qualifications

- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and use of cleaning equipment.
- Valuable communication skills in to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of additional languages to better serve diverse guests.
- Certification in hospitality or housekeeping training programs.
- Familiarity with environmentally friendly cleaning products and practices.

Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies according to established standards.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Ensure all public areas are tidy and presentable throughout the day.




- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries related to housekeeping services.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying supervisors when replenishment is needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
