Your role will focus on conducting equipment certification and safety training, enhancing operational standards for customers and staff. We are seeking an experienced Safety Trainer to lead essential training initiatives within Sunbelt Rentals. This role combines a mix of Instructor Lead Training and virtual formats to deliver safety and equipment operation courses.
You will be responsible for maintaining training schedules, performing evaluations, and supporting a team of Certified Evaluators while promoting our safety training services to clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety training and certification classes for customers
- Publish training schedules on the platform regularly
- Provide private classes at branch locations or customer sites
- Maintain and complete training records efficiently
- Coach and mentor Certified Evaluators in practical evaluations Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
- Heavy equipment certification and experience
