Solve Energy is looking for motivated, competitive, and coachable individuals to join our growing sales team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
As an SDR, your primary responsibility is to contact qualified leads, build rapport, and book appointments for our Solar Consultants. You won't be closing sales—you'll be the first point of contact, helping homeowners schedule consultations with our team.

Call qualified homeowner leads provided by the company.
Build rapport and qualify prospects.
Schedule appointments directly into our sales team's calendars.
Keep detailed notes and update customer interactions in our CRM.
Follow up with leads when appropriate.
Meet and exceed daily and weekly booking goals.

Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.
Our SDRs typically earn $3,000–$6,000+ per month, with top performers exceeding that through consistent performance. What We're Looking For
Robust communication skills.
Confident speaking on the phone.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Sales, customer service, or call center experience is an asset but not required.
