We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales & Finance Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that combines product sales, customer financing, merchandising, marketing, and after-sale customer support.

About the Role

As a Sales & Finance Specialist, you will play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences from the initial inquiry through delivery and ownership. You will assist customers in selecting the right products, arrange financing solutions, promote accessories and protection plans, and maintain ongoing customer relationships after the sale.

This position offers the opportunity to work with and demonstrate exciting powersports and marine products (CF MOTO, Avalon, Lowe, Smoker Craft, Mercury, etc.) while building a rewarding career in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Sales & Customer Service

- Greet and assist all customers with energy, professionalism, and a welcoming attitude.
- Get to know each customer’s lifestyle and needs, then match them with the perfect ride.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations that bring every feature to life.
- Build strong,



lasting relationships that go beyond the initial sale.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and opportunities to create repeat customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives while delivering an unforgettable customer experience from first impression to delivery day.

Financing & Administration

- Guide customers confidently through financing and payment options.
- Complete credit applications and all documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with lending partners to secure approvals and tailored financing solutions.
- Present protection products, extended warranties, and service plans to ensure peace of mind.
- Maintain organization, accuracy, and full compliance with financing and regulatory requirements.

Merchandising & Marketing

- Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom that inspires customers.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory presentation, and creating displays that make units stand out.
- Participate in dealership marketing initiatives, promotions, open houses, and events.
- Support and contribute to social media and promotional content when needed.

After-Sales Support

- Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and a smooth ownership experience.
- Be a trusted point of contact for financing questions, account inquiries, and ongoing support.




- Promote service, accessories, and future upgrade opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships that drive customer loyalty and repeat business.

What You Bring to the Table:

- Previous experience in retail sales, automotive, powersports, RV, marine, or related industries is preferred.
- Experience with financing, lending, or F&I; processes is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, computers, and financing software.
- Ability to work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, as well as Saturdays 9am-1pm.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
