Cloudy Then Clear replaces failed, foggy sealed double-glazed glass units in homeowners' existing window frames across Barrie and the surrounding areas. When a window's sealed unit fails and fogs up, we bring it back to clear - a service homeowners genuinely need and are glad to say yes to.

The Opportunity

This is a commission-based, in-home sales role. We're hiring for attitude, drive, and sales instinct - not for glass or window experience. If you already know how to build rapport, handle objections, and close, we'll teach you our product inside and out. You bring the hustle; we bring a service that sells itself and full training on the rest.

Let's be straight about the money, because we want the right person and we want them to stay:

- A green rep still ramping up can expect around $1,500/week.
- Solid performers build from there.
- Top performers earn $5,000+/week.

Here's the honest truth: hitting the top numbers means putting in the calls and the in-home appointments. For a natural closer with the right activity, strong weeks are achievable early on. For most positive people, it takes roughly six weeks to hit full stride. The ceiling is high and uncapped - if you do the work, the income follows.

What You'll Do





- Run in-home sales consultations with homeowners across Barrie and surrounding areas
- Assess failed sealed glass units and present our replacement solution
- Build trust quickly and close on value
- Keep your pipeline full with consistent calls and follow-up
- Report directly to the Founder and COO

Who You Are
- Experienced in sales - you've carried a number and hit it (any industry welcome)
- A natural closer who is competitive, self-motivated, and resilient
- A people-person who builds rapport instantly
- Coachable and hungry to learn our product and process
- Willing to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends, to get the job done
- Reliable with your own vehicle (required - you'll be travelling to customer homes)
- Local to the Barrie area

The Details
- Commission-based pay: $1,500 to $5,000+ per week
- Full-time hours on a contract basis, with the potential to convert to a permanent employee role over time
- Hybrid: a mix of in-home appointments and remote/phone work
