Job Title: Salesforce DevOps with Admin / Deployment Engineer
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to oversee our Salesforce instance and lead the deployment of recent functionalities. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of configuration changes—from sandboxes to production—ensuring high-quality delivery, data integrity, and excellent user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage deployment activities across Sandboxes and Production using change sets and DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and build scalable solutions (flows, validation rules).
- Ensure data security and integrity through proper user management, profiles, and sharing rules.
- Create documentation and provide support for new system features.
Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- 3+ years experience in Salesforce administration and deployment.
- Proficiency in Flow and configuration management
