Industrial Sanitation Cleaner – NIGHT SHIFT

CNC Contract Cleaning Services Ltd. is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our industrial sanitation team.

Full time | Night Shift | Monday–Friday

Occasional weekend shifts may be required depending on customer operations.

This is a NIGHT SHIFT position working inside a food-processing facility. Our sanitation team works after production has finished to thoroughly clean and sanitize equipment and production areas so the facility is clean, safe, and ready for the next production day.

What You'll Be Doing

- Cleaning and sanitizing food-processing equipment, machinery, floors, walls, and production areas
- Removing food debris and preparing equipment and areas for cleaning
- Rinsing, foaming, scrubbing, and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
- Using hoses, foamers, pressure washers, and other industrial sanitation equipment
- Safely handling and applying approved cleaning and sanitation chemicals
- Cleaning around, underneath, and within designated areas of production equipment
- Following established sanitation procedures and cleaning requirements
- Inspecting your work and re-cleaning areas when required
- Keeping hoses, tools, and sanitation equipment clean and organized
- Wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Following food safety and workplace safety procedures at all times
- Working closely with your team to complete sanitation duties within the scheduled shift
- Reporting hazards, injuries, equipment concerns, or unsafe conditions to your Supervisor
- Following instructions from CNC Supervisors and Team Leads





What We're Looking For
- Reliable and dependable with consistent attendance
- Able to work full-time NIGHT SHIFTS
- Available Monday–Friday with occasional weekend availability when required
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Able to reliably commute during overnight hours when public transportation may be limited
- Comfortable working in a wet and physically active environment
- Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Safety-focused and able to follow instructions and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to do the job properly
- Positive and respectful attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn, ask questions, and receive feedback
- Previous industrial sanitation, cleaning, or food-processing experience is an asset, but not required

Before You Apply Please note that this is not a daytime cleaning position. Our sanitation work takes place during the NIGHT SHIFT after food production has ended.

Applicants must be able to maintain a reliable overnight work schedule and have dependable transportation to and from the worksite.
