We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Scrum Master to facilitate Agile teams, remove impediments, and promote Scrum best practices. You will work closely with Product Owners, developers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery while fostering continuous improvement and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews and Retrospectives.
Guide Agile teams on Scrum principles and best practices.
Remove team impediments and support continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage product backlogs.
Track sprint progress, team velocity and project metrics.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Support Agile project planning and delivery.
Prepare Agile reports and project documentation.
Promote collaboration and effective communication across teams.
