Responsibilities

- Support teams in the adoption of the Agile mindset, self-organization and continuous improvement
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, scheduling, reviews and retrospectives
- Removing barriers to maximize value delivery and deliverability
- Support teams in planning, estimating and collaboration practices
- Support Product Owners in managing and maintaining the quality of the product backlog
- Ensure cross-team coordination and dependency management with stakeholders
- Track performance indicators and progress of delivery targets
- Promote systems thinking, organizational awareness, and Agile best practices
- Actively participate in communities of practice and Agile improvement initiatives

Profile

- Have more than ten (10) years of experience in an Agile coaching role,



including as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or similar role
- Have more than ten (10) years of experience in information technology
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a large company
- Demonstrate experience with teams working in Scrum and Kanban mode
- Experience in large-scale agility, including Secure, Nexus, LeSS or equivalent
- Have experience delivering multiple cross-team dependencies
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience
- Have a Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SSM or equivalent) or a Kanban certification (TKP, KMP, PSK or equivalent)
