Food Basket is looking for 2 full time seafood clerks and two part timers. You will handle a variety of seafood products, ensuring they are prepared, packaged, and presented with care and precision. Your expertise will help create an inviting shopping experience while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet shoppers, answer questions, make cooking suggestions, and fill special orders.
- Product Preparation: Scale, gut, fillet, or debone fish, and arrange seafood platters.
- Case Maintenance: Stock and rotate fresh and frozen seafood on ice beds, checking dates for quality control.
- Sanitation: Wash counters, cutting boards, knives, and display cases to meet health codes.
Job Requirements & Skills
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Setting: Comfortable working in cold, wet surroundings.
- Safety & Tools: Safe use of sharp knives, band saws, and commercial cleaning agents
- Experience: prior experience with descaling, filleting and cutting.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
