Create exceptional breakfast experiences for guests and staff from January to April. We seek a passionate Breakfast Chef to oversee morning kitchen operations during our seasonal run.

You will be responsible for preparing meals for up to 40 individuals daily while ensuring the kitchen maintains the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. This role requires collaboration with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to deliver unforgettable dining experiences amidst stunning mountain vistas. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare nutritious breakfasts for guests and staff
- Manage staff breakfast program and assist with lunch prep
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure food safety
- Create Breakfast Menu Plan with the Head Chef
- Participate in weekly staff and kitchen meetings Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Sous Chef
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of FOODSAFE and first aid
- Relevant experience in guest service
