Management is seeking a dedicated Seasonal Equipment Operator responsible for maintaining vital assets like roadways and bridges. The ideal candidate will operate heavy equipment for seasonal maintenance and ensure safety compliance. A strong emphasis on safety awareness and communication with co-workers is essential for this position's success. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate snow removal and sanding equipment in winter
- Maintain and repair highway surfaces and signage in summer
- Set up and remove traffic control as required
- Transport crew and tools to work sites
- Respond to emergency situations as needed Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of relevant equipment operation experience
- Valid Ontario Class DZ driver's license
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 pounds
