- Have 4+ years managing paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok) with a track record of scaling accounts profitably.
- Are already using AI in your workflow - creative iteration, reporting, analysis, automation - and hungry to go deeper.
- Move rapid, read data fluently, and turn insight into action without waiting to be told.
- Can own client relationships end to end: strategy, expectations, results, growth.
- Stay current - you know what changed on the platforms last month, and you can tell us what's coming next.
