Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce accurate, coordinated architectural drawing packages using Revit.
- Lead consultant coordination meetings and ensure effective communication among project stakeholders.
- Assist with technical research, drawing preparation, and specification development.
- Support project delivery in collaboration with project managers and design teams.
- Coordinate and oversee project deliverables to ensure quality and schedule requirements are met.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist.
- Robust experience producing construction documents using Revit.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
- Solid understanding of architectural building systems, construction methods, and applicable building codes.
- Excellent coordination, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience leading consultant coordination and working within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Experience with multi-unit residential projects is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Enscape, Twinmotion, or Veras is an asset.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices or a willingness to learn is an asset.
