Interview Process: 1st round Technical Video screening
2nd round In-person interview in Montreal
Required Skills:
- 7–15 years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Robust experience with Microservices and distributed systems
- Expertise in Object-Oriented Design and enterprise application development
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of database design, performance tuning, and Git
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Kotlin or Scala
- Serverless architecture
- Hadoop or Spark
