Looking for a huge coffee nerd interested in the ins and outs of espresso to join our dynamic team as a Senior Barista and become a vital part of creating memorable coffee experiences for our customers!

In this lively role, you will lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly preparing a range of coffee drinks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and appreciated.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and provide outstanding service to enhance their experience
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to food safety standards
- Support food preparation and food handling tasks to ensure quality and safety standards are met




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without sacrificing quality
- Mentor junior team members by sharing best practices in serving, food prep, and customer engagement

Skills

- Proven experience as a Barista with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation
- Solid understanding of the food industry standards related to food safety, handling, and sanitation
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Experience in serving, food preparation, and food service environments is highly desirable

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
