Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers
- Review, negotiate, and manage supply contracts
- Monitor market conditions (pricing, availability, seasonality, supply-demand dynamics)
- Anticipate trends and develop action plans aligned with inventory levels and commitments
- Ensure proper execution of contracts, both inbound and outbound
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers and product opportunities
- Proactively identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Keep the sales team informed on market conditions and constraints
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent overstock and shortages
- Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations
- Verify that received products meet quality specifications
- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining service and quality standards
- Manage supplier performance against contractual obligations and KPIs




- Oversee long‑term contracts in line with customer needs and market expectations

What We’re Looking For :

- Proven experience in procurement or strategic sourcing (seafood, food, or perishable products strongly preferred)
- Solid negotiation skills and solid understanding of market dynamics
- Analytical, structured, and results‑driven mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross‑functionally
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
