We're looking for a creative, culturally curious, and highly organized Senior Content Coordinator to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in developing and delivering content across social and digital channels, with a strong focus on social-first creative.

This role is ideal for someone with 2 to 3 years of experience who understands what makes great content work and is ready to take more ownership across ideation, creation, planning, and execution. You know how to turn brand ideas, cultural moments, and audience insights into content that feels relevant, engaging, and native to the platform.

You'll work closely with Creative, Strategy, Account, PR and Paid Media teams, while taking ownership of day-to-day content needs across multiple clients. You'll thrive in a fast-paced agency environment where strong ideas, collaboration, experimentation, and creative judgment are valued.

Responsibilities

- Create engaging, social-first content across platforms, with a focus on short-form video, strong storytelling, and platform-native creative.
- Develop and contribute content ideas informed by brand strategy, culture, trends, creators, communities, and audience behaviour.
- Bring brand voices to life through strong copy, creative concepts, and content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Own day-to-day content planning and execution across assigned clients, keeping calendars, approvals, publishing, and deliverables moving forward.
- Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Account, PR, Paid Media, and Production teams to turn larger brand and campaign ideas into effective content.
- Play an active role in content shoots and production, from creative planning and preparation through capture and delivery.
- Use content performance, community conversations, and platform insights to identify opportunities,



improve creative, and inform what we make next.

Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of experience in content, social media, digital marketing, creative production, or a related field, ideally within an agency or fast-paced brand environment.
- A strong portfolio of social-first work that demonstrates creative thinking, storytelling, short-form video, and an understanding of what makes content effective across platforms.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the broader social landscape, with an understanding of how content and audience behaviour differ by platform.
- Hands-on experience creating content from concept through capture and edit, with working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to adapt brand voice and provide thoughtful creative input across different clients and audiences.
- Highly organized and comfortable owning multiple content workstreams, timelines, feedback cycles, and client deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious, collaborative, and proactive, with strong awareness of culture, creators, emerging platforms, AI-enabled creative tools, and the changing ways brands earn attention online.
