Manager of People Experience. This role combines hands-on support with strategic insights, emphasizing workplace investigations, employee coaching, and management consultation. Collaborate with Employment Legal, HRBP’s, and leadership to promote a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic partnership and coaching for all levels
- Drive performance management initiatives and improvement plans
- Triage and resolve employee relations issues proactively
- Stay informed on California employment laws and regulations
- Conduct fair and impartial workplace investigations Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 7+ years in employee relations in HR settings
- 5+ years in conducting workplace investigations
- Experience in tech or gaming industries preferred
- Certification in workplace investigations is a plus Leverage your expertise in employee relations, coaching, and investigations at Sony Interactive Entertainment.
