Goodmen Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior ICI Roofing Estimator to join our expanding team. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a minimum of 5 - 7 years of ICI roofing senior estimating experience, with 8 -10+ years preferred, to help expand our estimating department and contribute to the continued growth of our company.

If you have a proven track record of preparing accurate, competitive bids and building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and general contractors, we'd like to meet with you.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for ICI roofing projects.
- Review and understand tender documents, architectural drawings, specifications, and all addenda.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and pricing.
- Prepare complete tender submissions and proposals.
- Conduct site visits as required.
- Work with project managers, operations, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Negotiate pricing and manage bid opportunities.
- Ensure successful project handoff following awarded contracts.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 - 7 years of ICI roofing estimating experience.
- 8 -10+ years of experience is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of commercial roofing systems including but not limited to SBS, BUR, TPO, EPDM, PVC,



and sheet metal.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Experience using estimating software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and performance driven.
