We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Senior Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations with energy and precision. Duties
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding cleaning services across all guest areas, staff facilities, and back-of-house spaces.
- Develop and implement cleaning protocols that meet industry standards for hygiene, safety, and quality assurance.
- Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure timely completion of duties.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and service areas to maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement and usage.
- Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and hospitality best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest requests promptly and resolve any cleanliness or maintenance issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven at least 5 year experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial services within a hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and sanitation standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with staff and other departments seamlessly.
- Prior experience with inventory management and operational planning is preferred.
