Landscaping is seeking two experienced Field Supervisors for the seasonal April to November role. You'll be responsible for overseeing construction activities, managing crew members, and ensuring project completion aligns with specifications and budgets. You'll also implement safety protocols while maintaining strong client relationships and fostering team productivity. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily activities of crew members and sub-contractors
- Review project specifications with the Superintendent




- Implement operational methods to improve productivity
- Conduct daily production reviews and resolve issues
- Lead training and coaching initiatives for team members Requirements:
- 2 years of Field Supervisory or landscape construction experience
- Valid class 5 driver's license with clean abstract
- Experience with construction equipment operation
- Solid project management skills
