- Design a global leave philosophy aligned with company values
- Benchmark leave programs for competitive positioning
- Implement short-term and long-term disability programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders for compliance across jurisdictions
- Develop resources and training for leaves administration Requirements:
- 5+ years in global leaves or absence management
- Knowledge of US and Canadian regulatory requirements
