We're looking for a senior recruiter who enjoys building long-term client relationships and helping grow strategic accounts.

This is a hybrid recruiting and client development role. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. Success comes from consistently delivering exceptional consultants, growing existing client relationships, and uncovering recent opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

- Recruit senior IT professionals across Canada
- Build pipelines of contract and permanent candidates
- Source through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and industry relationships
- Screen, interview, and evaluate technical consultants
- Coordinate interviews and manage offers
- Maintain an active database of qualified talent

Client Relationship Management




- Develop trusted relationships with hiring managers
- Understand upcoming staffing requirements
- Identify opportunities for additional staffing and consulting services

Business Development
- Expand existing accounts through proactive relationship management
- Identify new client opportunities through networking and referrals
- Attend industry events where appropriate
- Collaborate on proposals and staffing strategies

Qualifications
- 8+ years recruiting IT professionals
- Experience supporting consulting firms or staffing agencies
- Strong network of Canadian IT professionals
- Experience placing consultants in cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, software development, data, and project delivery
- Proven ability to build relationships with executives and hiring managers
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented

Preferred
- Existing client relationships
- Experience with enterprise and public sector clients
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cybersecurity, ERP, and digital transformation projects
