Role Overview As a Senior Lettings Consultant, you will play a key role in driving revenue, winning instructions, and delivering exceptional service to clients across the full lettings journey. This is a fast-paced, target-driven position requiring strong valuation expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while supporting the wider success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities Conduct Market Appraisals: Carry out accurate and persuasive valuations to win new instructions.

Generate New Business: Proactively create opportunities through canvassing, referrals, database management, and local market activity.

Win Instructions: Build strong pipelines and convert opportunities into listings.

Manage Client Relationships : Develop and maintain long-term relationships with landlords and applicants, delivering a high level of service.

Negotiate Offers: Effectively negotiate between landlords and applicants to achieve the best outcomes.

Lettings Progression: Manage referencing and admin from offer agreed through to move in, ensuring consistent communication with all parties.

Deliver Customer Experience: Take ownership of the full client journey, providing clear, honest, and timely advice throughout.





Marketing & Presentation : Advise on pricing, marketing strategy, and property presentation to maximise value and exposure.

CRM & Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate records and manage pipeline activity to ensure targets are achieved.

Team Support & Mentoring: Support junior team members, share best practice, and contribute to overall team performance.

Drive Performance: Lead by example in activity levels, professionalism, and results aligned with company standards.

Qualifications And Skills Proven experience in residential property lettings.

Robust valuation and listing ability.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Target-driven with solid commercial awareness.

Highly organised with attention to detail.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced, performance-focused environment.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Local market knowledge is advantageous.

Working Hours Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm.

Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm with day off in lieu.
