This key role reports directly to the Chief Agribusiness Officer and supports a cooperative environment across 13 plants and 4 hatcheries. You will focus on developing KPIs, enhancing data metrics, and improving grower engagement.
Key responsibilities also include supporting major projects and developing a five-year capacity plan. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional collaboration among plants and hatcheries
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for performance
- Generate business insights for informed decision-making
- Improve reporting tools for better collaboration
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and accountability Requirements:
- BA/BS in Engineering, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years in a manufacturing environment
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills
- Proficient with ERP and Power BI analytics
