APEX is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in the Aerospace Component Manufacturing Group. This hands-on role focuses on continuous improvement, automation, and technology integration in a full-time capacity.
The Senior Manufacturing
Engineer reports to the Group Manager, playing a pivotal role in enhancing manufacturing efficiency and productivity. You will lead initiatives involving CNC machining, automation, and KPI development while working alongside production and quality teams. A key aspect of this role is to implement sustainable improvements that align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
- Evaluate and implement recent manufacturing technologies and automation solutions
- Develop current manufacturing processes for machining and assembly
- Analyze operational KPIs and present recommendations to leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
- Professional Engineering designation is an asset
