You will collaborate with the Department Engineer on continuous improvement projects, create and implement maintenance schedules, and review operational documents. The position demands a proactive approach to audit processes, troubleshoot breakdowns, and maintain detailed communication with the production team. Key Responsibilities:

- Audit daily logs for maintenance and operation accuracy
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures

- Train teams on setup, quick changeovers, and TPM Requirements:
